OVI suspect claims to be drinking pop despite beer visible in cup holder: North Olmsted Police Blotter
A patrol officer stopped a van 4:50 p.m. on March 25 on Brookpark Road near Fairview Park after the officer learned the suspect was wanted on a traffic warrant by Berea police. As the North Olmsted officer approached the van, he smelled an odor of an alcoholic beverage.
