Over 56,000 absentee ballots cast so far in Mississippi midterm election
Voters with a qualifying excuse can vote absentee in person at their circuit clerk’s office until noon Saturday, Oct. 31. Mail-in absentee ballots must be postmarked by Election Day, Nov. 3, and received within five business days, by Nov. 10.
