The ministry said it has closely monitored the technical difficulties encountered by users during the process of accessing the electronic student transfer service and implemented the necessary technical measures to restore stability and improve the user experience.The service has shown a gradual improvement, with more than 12,000 student transfer transactions completed during the day, reflecting the continued availability of the service and its extensive use by beneficiaries. The Ministry of Education reaffirmed its commitment to continuously enhancing the efficiency and reliability of its digital services, with the aim of providing easier and more accessible services to beneficiaries. The ministry also expressed its appreciation for users’ cooperation and understanding, stressing its continued efforts to develop its digital services and strengthen communication with beneficiaries.
