‘Out of touch’ John Barrowman slammed for flight rant as he fumes over the lack of pyjamas in business class

JOHN Barrowman has been slammed by fans online after posting a furious airplane rant about his “bad” business class experience. In a since-deleted video, the Doctor Who and former Dancing on Ice judge tweeted American Airlines and launched into a tirade about the “shady” service he received during a flight from Los Angeles to London – including no free pyjamas. Then you apparently only give them to the first two rows in business class. Thank you.” John’s video seemed to strike a chord on X, but not everyone agreed with the star. “The entitlement is off the scale,” wrote one user, with another tweeting: “Our thoughts are with John Barrowman at this difficult time.” “Stop moaning about a pair of pyjamas, if you paid business class you can afford a pair yourself!,” penned another, as several others slammed his “diva” behaviour and “third world problems”. Most read in Showbiz Though some did also voice support for John as they agreed that he should be entitled to what he has paid for. “To be fair if you pay a lot of money for a service then I’d expect the service I paid for,” wrote one. “I’m in no way a fan of John Barrowman, but how do people have an issue with him asking for something he’s paid for?” tweeted another. In his post caption on X, John had a further pop at American Air, claiming he had received poor customer service. “I find that shady and bad customer service. You’re supposed to be pushing this flagship and at the moment it’s not hitting the ball out of the park.” John is best known for his lead role in Doctor Who spin-off series Torchwood where he played Captain Jack Harkness.
