'Our land, our sky:' West Bank Palestinians fly kites in defiance of Israeli settlers

In the West Bank village of Burin, Palestinians are using kites as a symbol of defiance against Israeli settlers. Children are seen racing across a hillside, sending brightly colored kites, including those representing the Palestinian flag and Egypt, soaring high into the sky. This act of flying kites is not just a pastime but a quiet yet powerful assertion of their presence and identity amid the tensions with nearby Israeli settlements. It underscores the ongoing struggle and resilience of the Palestinian community in the face of occupation.
