It demonstrates OCH’s leadership in preserving affordable housing at scale. It reflects the growing importance of preserving and protecting existing affordable housing as part of the housing solution.The landmark acquisition brings 73 townhouse blocks, for a total of 369 townhomes, and two apartment buildings into OCH’s portfolio.
