Orange Schools voters pass first operating levy in 15 years
With the passage of Issue 8, a 5-mill operating levy, in the election Tuesday (Nov. 3), the Orange City School District will remain on the path of “continuous improvement and excellence in education,” Superintendent Lynn Campbell said.
