Fox eventually severed ties with Sanchez.Through it all, the legal proceedings lingered. The criminal trial had been set for December 2025. It was delayed multiple times. As the latest date for the trial approached (September 8), news emerged that Sanchez planned to plead guilty.More than a month later, Sanchez has yet to enter the revised plea. The specific charge to which Sanchez will plead guilty remains unclear. As to the civil case, indications emerged that a settlement was in the works. No deal has been announced; the civil case returned to court on Friday for reasons that have not yet been disclosed or reported.In the legal system, nothing is done until it’s done.
