Perhaps I am overstating the impact of the Ohio high court's decision allowing judges to endorse in political races. Not all judges will take advantage of this new avenue of political activity. But some will. And i f that free-thinking few are seen as gaining an advantage by doing so, others will follow, writes Eric foster in his column today.
