An Ohio Supreme Court ruling will have Mayfield Heights voters deciding on whether eight acres on Parkland Boulevard will be rezoned for the construction of 61 two-story town homes on property now owned by Rockwell Automation. Issue 107 will appear on the Nov. 3 ballot.
