Ohio judicial nominee pledges courage on the bench, then won’t say if Biden won in 2020
Judicial nominee Michael Hendershot said Wednesday he’d bring “judicial courage” to the federal bench in Cleveland if he’s confirmed to the U.S. District Court. But he wouldn't directly answer whether Joe Biden won the 2020 election and whether the U.S. Capitol was attacked on January 6, 2021.
