The examination is held to determine eligibility for Junior Research Fellowship (JRF), Assistant Professor and admission to PhD programmes. The NTA has now released the results for the 84 subjects for which the examination process has been completed. However, the NTA decided to hold a fresh examination for three papers — English, Commerce and Sociology. Candidates who appeared for these three subjects will therefore not find their final results in the current declaration.The re-examination for the three subjects is scheduled for September 9 and 10. Their results will be announced separately after the fresh examination is completed.WHAT HAPPENS NOW?Candidates should check their result carefully and download a copy for future reference.
