The Options provide for the purchase of an aggregate of 212,300 common shares of the Company (the “Common Shares”) at an exercise price of $4.28 per share, which is the closing price for the Common Shares on the TSX Venture Exchange as of August 24, 2026. All of the Options have a 5-year term. 30,000 Options have a vesting schedule of 50% on grant and 50% on the one-year anniversary, while the balance vest one third per year commencing on August 24, 2027.The Board of Directors has also approved the issuance of 26,700 Deferred Share Units (the “DSUs”) to Eligible Directors, pursuant to the Company’s Share Unit Plan (the “Share Unit Plan”).
