OASIS’ Noel Gallagher admits he “didn’t want to” reunite with brother Liam in the first-look at their documentary Don’t Look Back In Anger. The brothers got back together for a record-breaking tour last year which saw them sell more than 2.2 million tickets and gross an estimated £300 million. He says: “I don’t see myself back on stage with Liam, I don’t really want to be going back with the tension. Will it fall apart again?” And Liam adds that he wasn’t happy with the way things ended the first time around, saying: “The way it finished… unacceptable. It didn’t sit right with me, man.” The flick, set to world premiere at the Venice Film Festival next month and drop on Disney+ later this year, charts the reunion tour, taking fans backstage at the comeback gigs and will also feature Noel and Liam’s first joint interview in 25 years. Don’t Look Back In Anger will have a limited theatre release on IMAX screens and other cinemas from Friday, September 11. The Sun previously told how Noel and Liam were at the centre of a multi-million pound bidding war for the rights to the doc. A source said: “Noel and Liam’s teams have been inundated with offers from production companies, who are desperate to secure the rights to a documentary.
