No disorderly conduct during Sara Duterte impeach proceeding – Hernandez

MANILA, Philippines — House members will be given enough time to interpellate, but “unparliamentary” behavior, including shouting and clapping, are banned as the lower chamber’s plenary opens to deliberate on the articles of impeachment against Vice President Sara Duterte. Presiding officer Senior Deputy Speaker Ferdinand Hernandez of South Cotabato made the declaration during the plenary session.
