That gave LSU a 10-3 lead at the end of the first quarter. Leavitt converted a fourth-and-2 from the LSU 31 and converted two third-and-8s, the second coming on a 15-yard touchdown pass to Trey'Dez Green, who returned from a four-game absence due to an ankle injury, for a 17-3 lead.
