NLRB’s removal protections gutted

SHERMAN, Texas — A federal court in Texas found the members of the National Labor Relations Board and its administrative law judges enjoy unconstitutional protections from removal and severed those removal protections in the National Labor Relations Act and Administrative Procedure Act.
