She wrote: “Always check your Next ex-display items. I was saving up for this sofa and I couldn’t believe my eyes – £2599 down to £649. “Best believe I bought it! This was Next Gallagher Retail Park in Birmingham.” Other members of the group praised her bargain hunting, with one commenting: “Bargain of the day, it’s a lovely sofa.” Another Facebook user, Lesley Bloomfield, also shared the hack online, where she managed to find ex-display items in Next stores at bargain prices. She posted images of one chair originally priced at £425, now retailing for £280. While an ex-display sofa was previously almost £2000, and now cost just £780.
