Researchers from Shandong University have discovered a novel method called TrojPix that enables data extraction from computers isolated from all networks, known as air-gapped systems. By subtly modifying on-screen pixels, TrojPix sends out a faint radio signal through the video cable, which a nearby receiver can decode.
