| Games News Reporter Published September 1, 2026 10:31am Updated September 1, 2026 10:31am The GTA 6 drought is over (Rockstar) A bevy of new GTA 6 screenshots have been shared on Rockstar Games’ website, showing off more outfits, hairstyles, and tattoos for Jason and Lucia. After months of complete silence from Rockstar, the floodgates finally opened with the Netflix preview of GTA 6, which you can now watch here via YouTube. For the first time, the preview showed unedited gameplay and although it lacked any sort of commentary, there was still a lot to learn from it. In the aftermath Rockstar shared more info, such as the size of GTA 6’s map and the presence of an affinity mechanic. And now Rockstar has uploaded more screenshots to its website, which on closer inspection tease GTA 6’s character customisation and give a closer look at the new version of Vice City. All the screenshots are framed and edited to look as good as they can, but you can see Jason and Lucia dressed in a variety of different outfits and hairstyles. We nearly mistook Jason for someone else in a couple of the images, since he not only sports a different haircut but a different beard too. Both he and Lucia also have tattoos across their arms, which are otherwise bare in most images and the gameplay. Given how many different looks both characters have had across all the screenshots and gameplay, it’s clear that there’s an impressive amount of depth to how you can change Jason and Lucia’s look. It’ll be interesting to see whether there are some mandatory elements you have to stick to though, in terms of their appearance, to suit a particular mission. For instance, the preview showed Jason and Lucia serving as bodyguards dressed in professional looking suits. It’d be pretty distracting but hilarious if you could have them dressed in swimsuits and covered in tattoos during the same mission. GTA 6 is known to be focusing a lot on realism and being even more immersive than past games. One preview explained Jason and Lucia will gain weight if they eat too much, which means regular gym visits, and one of the leaked gameplay clips suggests you’ll need to manage filling your car with petrol. GTA 6 is scheduled to launch for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S on November 19, although there’s still some concern that there could be yet another delay despite how polished the game looks. However, Rockstar’s co-studio head Rob Nelson is confident this won’t be the case. When the possibility was brought up in an interview with Japanese outlet Famitsu, he simply said, ‘It will definitely be released’ in November.
