New Dunelm £25 homeware buy is a must-have for autumn – it comes in the print of the season

One of the must-have items flying off the shelves is a stunning deer print table lamp in its new-in range for £25. The printed shade carries an all-over print on a softly speckled velvet-effect fabric, in a warm brown that sits comfortably alongside the burgundy and chocolate tones doing the rounds this season. It measures 28cm wide and 20cm high, which is small enough to fit on a side table, console, or nightstand without crowding whatever else is already there. The fabric is 100% polyester and wipe-clean, and there’s an in-line switch on a 150cm cable, which is important if your nearest socket sits behind the sofa. It takes an E14 small screw candle bulb up to 40W, and it isn’t dimmable. The bulb isn’t included, so factor in a couple of pounds if you haven’t got a spare in the drawer. Most read in Shopping Dunelm has the lamp listed as a ‘Special Buy’, which usually indicates a limited run rather than a permanent line. There aren’t any customer reviews on it yet, since it only landed recently, so this one comes down to the specs and the styling rather than shopper verdicts.
