Instead of releasing in Japan first and making the rest of the world wait, Dragon Ball Super: Beerus will be releasing its subbed version simultaneously on Crunchyroll starting on October 11, 2026, in the United States, Canada, Latin America including Brazil, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, India, Southeast Asia, and Europe. It's been since 2018 that the final episode of Dragon Ball Super aired its climactic conclusion, showing Goku and Frieza's team-up to defeat Jiren. Dragon Ball Daima, which included more of creator Akira Toriyama’s involvement than previous anime series, was released in 2024 with mixed reception, making the excitement for Dragon Ball Super's return even more anticipated. Dragon Ball Super: Beerus Is Using A Senzu Bean On The Arcs That Need It Most The anime's continuation of Goku's Dragon Ball Super story will be adapted in the Galactic Patrol arc, which is expected sometime in 2027 or 2028.
