Netflix's Hit Supernatural Series From Rick & Morty Alum Officially Returns In Exactly One Month

Roller has worked as a writer and producer on several comedies and animated shows over the years, most notably Rick & Morty, along with Community, The Goldbergs, Archer, Mr. Mayor and Krapopolis. His most recent project, which he created, is Haunted Hotel, an animated series on Netflix that was renewed for a second season almost a year ago. Netflix just announced that Haunted Hotel season 2 will premiere Friday, October 9, just in time for Halloween three weeks later. In a post on social media, the popular streaming platform shared the release date news and exclaimed, "Abaddon is back," referring to the demon that's trapped inside a boy's body. An accompanying video announcing the premiere begins by showing the home screen on Netflix with spooky shows like Stranger Things, Wednesday, Black Mirror and The Haunting of Hill House alongside Haunted Hotel. Abaddon pushes down the icon for Haunted Hotel in order to make his entrance and says, "Greetings. I'm Abaddon, a powerful demon and king in this land." He then questions viewers over watching KPop Demon Hunters, which is right below him on the Netflix screen. "I think we can do far better," he adds, before attempting to knock all the other shows and movies out of the way. Abaddon quickly realizes how difficult it would be to get rid of everything but Haunted Hotel and ends up falling down the screen and landing on the icon for his own show. "My domain!
