Continue to check back with us as we will be adding more information as it becomes available.Sega has clearly decided Stranger Than Heaven is going to be a hit, because it's already secured a deal with Netflix to release a film adaptation. As reported by Variety, Sega's latest deal with Netflix will see the streaming platform two new films: one based on Crazy Taxi, and another on Stranger Than Heaven. On top of this, there will be another Sonic show, following on from the partnership that gave us Sonic Prime. There isn't much to say about the Stranger Than Heaven adaptation. All we're told in the announcement is that the film will be a "badass action drama". It's unclear if it will be a direct adaptation of the game - which none of us has actually played yet - or an original story within this setting. The Crazy Taxi film is up first. It will reportedly be written by Dan Gregor and Doug Mand, who were behind the recent Naked Gun reboot. It comes as we inch closer to the long-awaited series revival, with Crazy Taxi: World Tour set to launch at some point next year. At the very least, there are previous Crazy Taxi games; the same cannot be said for Stranger Than Heaven.
