G&A expenses were C$4.3 million for the three months ended June 30, 2026, compared to C$3.8 million for the same period in 2025. The increase was primarily attributable to an increase in non-cash stock-based compensation expense due to additions to the leadership team, and higher insurance premiums as a result of the Company’s listing on Nasdaq.Net Loss.
