NEET PG Answer Key 2026 Live: NBEMS to issue response sheets, answer keys soon

The National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) which held the NEET PG exam on August 30 will be releasing the answer keys of the exams soon. This year, over 2.73 lakh candidates had registered to take the NEET PG 2026 exam. The board, however, has not announced any NEET PG 2026 answer key release date yet. As per the marking scheme for NEET PG 2026, four marks will be awarded for each correct answer, while one mark will be deducted for every incorrect response. No marks will be awarded or deducted for unattempted questions. Candidates who appeared for the exam will be able to check the correct answer keys and their marked responses once the board releases the NEET PG answer key online. The board will likely release a provisional answer key first and then the final answer keys later. In order to access and download the NEET PG answer keys, candidates will be required to visit the official website of NBEMS, nbe.edu.in and sign in using the login credentials including their application number and date of birth (DOB) or password. As per board data, 2,73,096 candidates registered for the exam, of whom 2,65,980 appeared. While 2,63,535 completed the exam smoothly, candidates at Sitapura centres in Jaipur faced technical glitches, prompting NBEMS to hold a re-exam on September 5.
