He told the two-day conference, being held on September 10 and 11, that the government now needed visible outcomes from its work."Let’s remain public servants, avoiding ego. We need results, not reviews," Naidu said. He noted that several structural changes had been brought in over the past 27 months in the state, and said the results of those initiatives were now visible. The Chief Minister directed IAS officers to move from reactive governance to proactive governance, saying pending files amounted to pending development. Likewise, he said pending complaints indicated pending justice for people. Naidu said a vision without execution was only an aspiration. He added that times had changed, and that apart from delivering work, it was also important to counter ‘fake propaganda’.Amid what he described as fake propaganda, the TDP supremo asked officials to take the lead in countering misinformation. He also told collectors not to submit reports that mislead the government and instead place facts before them.Naidu called for healthy competition among government departments and among districts, and said, "Let’s share the best practices and implement the best policies as we move from intention to implementation."Summing up his government’s approach, Naidu said, "one state, one vision, one mission, that is Swarna Andhra."- EndsPublished By: India Today Web Desk Published On: Sep 10, 2026 13:26 IST
