This is probably what many people have been waiting for—that we’re finally getting close to identifying the individual or individuals involved,” Matibag explained, answering the questions of Senator-judge Joel Villanueva during the resumption of Duterte’s impeachment trial. “We’ve already narrowed it down to fewer than 20 individuals, and we already have their names,” he said. “In fact, we’ve already spoken to the families or acquaintances of some of them. That’s how the process works,” he added.
