AN American plane has touched down at Moscow airport on an unexplained flight from Latvia. The US government did not release any information on the plane. And the Kremlin claimed to have no knowledge of the flight. The last direct flight by a US jet to Russia was in January, when special envoys Steven Witkoff and Jared Kushner visited the country for peace talks with Vladimir Putin. Russia’s government last week said they had no information on another visit from Kushner and Witkoff.
