Multiple victims, including two police officers, have been involved in a shooting near a downtown Minneapolis apartment building, according to city officials. Minneapolis police rushed to the Loring Park neighborhood Wednesday afternoon in response to the shooting as city officials warned people on social media to avoid the area. “It was pop-pop-pop-pop and it was a bunch more after that, and then I went upstairs,” witness Anthony Strong told The Minnesota Star Tribune.
