MP inaugurates mineral water plants to ensure safe drinking water for public

Nandyal MP and Telugu Desam Party (TDP) national general secretary Byreddy Shabari said that since most diseases stem from contaminated water, mineral water plants are being established in villages using MP funds, with the aim of providing safe and clean drinking water to the public.Ms. Shabari inaugurated mineral water plants at Gunthanala village in Nandyal mandal, as well as Jillella and Srirama Nagar in Gospadu mandal, on Monday. Each plant was constructed at a cost of ₹5 lakh using the Member of Parliament Local Area Development Scheme (MPLADS) funds.Speaking on the occasion, the MP reiterated that the mineral water plants were set up to provide clean and safe drinking water to the public. She added that further development programmes would be undertaken to meet the drinking water needs of residents in every village.Central Food Corporation Director Narahari Viswanath Reddy, Nandyal MPDO Sugunashri, and others were present.
