Motorist in his 20s arrested for ‘murder’ after man killed on e-bike as cops appeal for witnesses

Police were called to the scene in Luton on Friday night where they found the seriously injured victim. A full murder investigation has been launched by The Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire and Hertfordshire Major Crime Unit. Officials have appealed for anyone with information on the incident.
