Motorcyclist accused of failing to stop says he never noticed lights and siren: Westlake Police Blotter
A patrol officer at 5 a.m. on April 24 saw a motorcycle run a red light at Crocker Road and Schwartz Road at about 40 mph. The motorcycle then sped off with the officer in pursuit. However, the officer soon broke off the pursuit, noting the rider’s reckless operation was placing others in danger.
