Most workers are working on Sundays—here’s why

Nearly three-quarters of workers (74%) work on Sunday, including 21% who work a full or near-full day, according to Owl Labs’ tenth annual State of Hybrid Work report. The trend is far more common among younger generations, with 76% of Gen Z workers and 62% of millennials saying they often work on Sunday, compared to 34% of baby boomers and 42% of Gen Xers.
