Morgan Wallen’s ‘Been By Now’ Tops Streaming Songs Chart

The country star earns his sixth leader. Morgan Wallen Spidey Smith Morgan Wallen debuts at No. 1 on Billboard’s Streaming Songs chart dated Aug. 8 with “Been By Now.” Related The song bows with 26.4 million chart-eligible streams earned in the United States in the week ending July 30, according to Luminate. “Been By Now” marks Wallen’s sixth No. 1 on Streaming Songs and first since “What I Want,” featuring Tate McRae, led for six weeks between May and July 2025. (That song, incidentally, ranks at No. 32 on the latest survey with 7.8 million streams, up 5%.) Wallen first reigned on Streaming Songs with 19-week No. 1 “Last Night” in 2023; like “What I Want,” it also appears on the most recent tally, at No. 36, with 7.5 million streams, up 3%. “Been By Now” also starts at No. 1 on Country Streaming Songs, Wallen’s chart-leading 20th leader on the list, which began in 2013. Wallen’s next closest competitor, Taylor Swift, boasts seven rulers. Concurrently, as previously reported, “Been By Now” starts at No. 2 on the multimetric Billboard Hot 100 and Hot Country Songs charts. It’s Wallen’s highest rank on either tally in 2026, eclipsing “I Can’t Love You Anymore,” his duet with Ella Langley, which has reached No. 4 on the former and No. 3 on the latter so far. “Been By Now” is blocked from the top spot on both by Langley’s “Choosin’ Texas.” “Been By Now” is currently a standalone single from Wallen, whose fourth studio album, I’m the Problem, concurrently returns to No. 1 on the Billboard 200 for a 14th week, as previously reported.
