More than half of the 15,539 job-seekers either get selected or short-listed at Alva’s Pragati

The event drew 15,539, including 2,523 on Day 2.Exicom Tele-Systems Ltd., an EV charging solutions company, hired 35 women engineers for its Hyderabad plant, compared to 22 engineers recruited last year. The company supplies EV charging solutions to major car manufacturers and has around 950 employees across nine States. It offers salaries ranging from ₹3 lakh to ₹5 lakh per annum (LPA), along with free food and transport. It plans to increase the women workforce to 90%, said a release, quoting company CHRO Pooja Duggal.Codeyoung, an online education and coding platform, selected 4 candidates with ₹8.36 LPA. EXL, a global data analytics, AI and digital solutions company, selected 38 candidates for executive positions with ₹3 LPA package. HL Mando selected 99 engineering candidates for positions in Chennai, with ₹3.4 LPA package. ANZ shortlisted 84 candidates with ₹3 to ₹4 LPA package. Sagility, a healthcare BPO, shortlisted 65 candidates with ₹2.9 to ₹3.4 LPA package. FiveS Digital, a digital solutions and technology services company, selected 32 candidates.Expertise, a leading industrial conglomerate in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and West Asia, shortlisted 116 candidates. Elogixa, a technology and engineering services company, selected one candidate for an on-site international role in Congo, Africa.Bühler India Pvt. Ltd., selected 14 candidates from B.E. programmes with ₹3 LPA package. Toyota Kirloskar Motor shortlisted 20 BE candidates for positions with ₹6 LPA package.All updates regarding candidate selections and shortlists from Alva’s Pragati 2026 would be made available on the official website, alvaspragati.com within a week.
