Moment topless criminal tries to throw drugs over prison wall THREE times in bungled sack drop

THIS is the hilarious moment a topless criminal repeatedly bungles his attempt to throw a packet of drugs worth £12,000 over a prison wall. Cops later tracked him down and arrested him. When questioned, Smith initially admitted to throwing the package over the wall, before changing his answer to no comment. He appeared at Hull Crown Court on August 4, where he was sentenced to three years and four months in jail for two counts of throwing a prohibted object into a prison. Detective Constable Heather Butler, who was leading the investigation, said: “Following the report from the prison an investigation into the contents of the package and how it arrived at the prison was launched. “The package was analysed leading to the discovery of an estimated £12k of drugs including class A drugs and a mobile phone.” She pointed to Smith’s several failed attempts to throw the packet over the prison walls, before it was eventually located by an officer. Heather added that Smith had consciously made the decision to deliver “dangerous drugs” to inmates. She added: “Thankfully on this occasion the package was found almost instantly and never reached it’s intended destination, however these drugs could have had catastrophic consequences and facilitating drugs entering a prison is a criminal offence. “We will continue investigate all reports of drugs offences and I urge everyone in the community to report any suspicious behaviour, no matter how small using our non-emergency number 101.” It follows a report in July which found gangs delivering fat jabs and hair loss treatments to inmates using drone technology.
