More and more, airplane passengers are capturing terrifying footage of extreme turbulence. In early August at least 12 people were injured after an Air India flight suddenly took at 300ft plunge. Cracks appeared in the cabin ceiling after the plane took a nosedive just 90 minutes after departing from Thailand. The plane was carrying 134 people when it went downwards unexpectedly, leaving 10 passengers and two crew members wounded. The jet departed from Phuket en route to Delhi, India, when it was rocked by severe turbulence. Many passengers were reportedly asleep at the time of the horror drop. The aircraft managed to land safely at Delhi’s Indira Gandhi International Airport. Emergency services rushed to the scene and were waiting on the tarmac for the injured passengers. Some of the hurt people were seen being taken away in wheelchairs. Comment now
