The thug has now been jailed for 47 months and banned from the roads for four years and 11 months. He must also pass an extended re-test before he can legally drive again. Bradford Crown Court heard Khan had been ushered out of the casino after becoming involved in an altercation. He drove away but instead of heading home, Khan returned to the scene and deliberately sped towards the men. Khan was later arrested at home after police found the damaged car abandoned. The yob was initially charged with four counts of attempted murder but he admitted four alternative offences of attempting to cause grievous bodily harm with intent, as well as dangerous driving. You crashed through bollards and it was clearly your intention to cause those four men really serious harm. “At the time none of the men posed any sort of risk to you. “Whatever had happened has finished. “You could have got in your car and driven away, but you made a decision to do that.”
