Moment ‘panicked’ tourists sprint for sunbeds at hotel in Brit holiday hotspot after resort hires security to guard pool

Tourists in Tenerife's Playa de las Americas are scrambling for prime sunbeds at Spring Hotel Bitacora, as seen in a dramatic video capturing the rush. The resort's decision to hire security to manage the area has only heightened the frenzy, with people sprinting for the best poolside spots. This scramble highlights the intense competition for limited leisure spots during peak tourist seasons, raising questions about resort management and guest experience. The presence of security suggests a need to balance tourist demand with orderly enjoyment.
