Welsh farmer Cerdin Jones, 53, was captured on video using the lifting arms on his huge Massey Ferguson tractor to haul his neighbour Anwen Hughes' Fiat Fullback truck 20 yards down the lane after she allegedly blocked his way. The rival farmers in Llanarth, Ceredigion in west Wales, were engaged in an ongoing feud over their shared narrow lane - but it ended in court this month after Jones' shocking makeshift tractor removal caused more than £5,000 in damage to the truck. Aberystwyth Magistrates' Court heard how the lane near both their farms was owned by Miss Hughes, although Jones had a right of way to access his own farmland through the narrow land. Sheep farmer Miss Hughes was shocked to find her truck moved from her lane on August 9 last year, and had to have it written off because of the damage. Magistrates at Aberystwyth were shown a video of the front-loader of Jones' tractor picking up Miss Hughes' truck in front of a bemused herd of sheep, before driving it down the lane. Speaking of the feud with her neighbour, who she did not name, she said the tension had lasted 'six years' and that he had 'intimidated her' by 'driving close to me' and that he had 'depressed' and 'belittled' her. 'He intimidated me by driving close to me. Making me fear my life while all the time he was laughing. He has made me think more than once that I'm not right mentally. Belittled myself by making me think that I don't know what I am doing is wrong.'She added that he had 'called her unacceptable names' and that at one point, her neighbour had 'burst into our house accusing us of something we had nothing to do with'. She also described how he had eventually 'damaged my pickup' and given her 'IBS from stress'. The Daily Mail approached Cerdin Jones for comment.
