Moderate to heavy rains to affect Luzon areas on Saturday afternoon

MANILA, Philippines — Moderate to heavy rains are expected to prevail over parts of Luzon on Saturday afternoon, the state weather bureau said. In a weather advisory released at 12 p.m., the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said rain showers with lightning and strong winds are expected to affect the following areas
