Vice-chairperson Koomanchery Shoukathali received the first sale.Agriculture deputy director K.P. Suresh delivered the keynote address.Nilambur agriculture assistant director Bijula Balan, standing committee chairperson Mumtaz Babu, councillors E.S. Mujeeb, Rajeena Noushad Ali, P.T.
