Mississippi asks judge to dismiss Olivia Y. lawsuit after decades of federal monitoring of foster care
If the state is successful in its effort to finally rid itself of the litigation over foster care, it would be an end to a lawsuit that has spanned three governors and multiple CPS commissioners and cost the state hundreds of thousands of dollars in legal fees.
