Mir/Wayland-Powered Miracle-WM 0.11 Released With New Overview Mode, Window Urgency

Canonical engineer Matthew Kosarek rolled out Miracle-WM 0.11 today as an end-of-summer update to this Wayland compositor built atop the Mir library. The main feature of Miracle-WM 0.11 is a new overview mode described as being "very fancy" and helping to select different windows and workspaces. The "fancy" overview mode of Miracle-WM can be accessed via tapping or double tapping the primary action key. Miracle-WM 0.11 also adds support for window urgency when a window or non-focused workspace wants focused. Miracle-WM plugins also now support publishing IPC events and handling IPC commands. The Miracle-WM 0.11 also takes advantage of newer Mir protocol support for ext_image_copy_capture_manager_v1, ext_output_image_capture_source_manager_v1, ext_foreign_toplevel_list_v1, ext_data_control_manager_v1, ext_input_trigger_action_manager_v1, and ext_input_trigger_registration_manager_v1.
