But he was forced to plead guilty at Lincoln Crown Court after his lawyer said she could no longer represent him if he continued to claim innocence despite providing solicitors with a 'confession'.He will be sentenced next month for the SHPO breach.Yesterday a No10 spokesman said: 'Registered sex offenders are required to notify the police of any change of name. If we need to strengthen the rule around this, we will.'
