She said: “We have spoken to officers and developed a plan that will mean less time spent on paperwork and more spent on keeping people safe.” The Tories are keen on cutting out the need for cops to fill out the lengthy forms demanded by Government lawyers after every single case. New plans would only make police officers fill out paperwork when force is used.
