Melanie Reveals Where She and Sincere Stand Ahead of the ‘Love Island USA’ Reunion: “We’re Not Boyfriend-Girlfriend”

While some of the couples who’ve emerged from the Love Island USA season 8 Villa have been flaunting their love loud and proud (please see: Kayda and Zach, Kenzie and Dylan, Trinity and Bryce...), others have been keeping things a bit more low-key. Fans have even wondered whether Melanie and Sincere are still together, considering how little the two post about each other. But according to Melanie, there’s a reason she’s been coy.During a recent interview with Vulture, Melanie opened up about her relationship with Sincere and why she’s been reluctant to share it with fans. Of her fellow Islanders, she said, “Everyone was free to post their couple and be in this relationship, but I couldn’t because everyone would come for me and call me names for it,” later adding, “Why are you being so mean to us? Like, it was a show, and yeah, you didn’t like a lot of our decisions. I’m also not in a rush to get that title.
