The development, planned by Applicant Vauxhall Square Limited, will also deliver over 1,000 flats. The proposals also outline 1,164 co-living units and student accommodation for 699 residents. While Lambeth Council’s Planning Applications Committee must approve the plans, it’s been recommended that they give the development the green light when they meet on September 8. The swanky set of buildings will also be home to a hotel, a cinema and office spaces. Plans also state that there will be community spaces as well as retail units and parking for cars and bikes.
