Med-Metrix completes acquisition of mid-revenue cycle software business

Med-Metrix has completed its acquisition of Vitalware, a cloud-based revenue integrity and chargemaster management software company, from Health Catalyst.  The deal, worth $147 million in total cash consideration, closed July 31, according to an Aug. 6 Health Catalyst news release.
